West Virginia Family to Family Health Information Center
The West Virginia Family to Family Health Information Center is part of a national information network for families of children and youth with special health care needs. The Center provides help for families who are looking for family-friendly health care information.
The goal of the Center is to improve health care and health care supports throughout West Virginia for children with developmental delays, chronic illnesses and special needs by empowering families to advocate for their children and youth. The statewide Health Information Center reflects a family-directed focus.
The West Virginia Family to Family Health Information Center is funded by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau, Health Resources and Services Administration, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under grant number H84MC12898.
